Sr. Medical Writer, Medical Information

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Medical Writer to join our Medical Information team at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. This position is an excellent opportunity for a talented medical writer to join a leading global contract research organization.The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. They will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and should possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.The ideal candidate will have a Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific discipline, as well as proven experience in medical writing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. They will have a sound understanding of medical terminology, drug development, and clinical research processes. Furthermore, the successful applicant will have excellent computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities:
Manage medical writing projects and ensure timely completion.
Develop and write high-quality medical documents for drug development and clinical research.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of content in all documents.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects.
Review and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain a high level of knowledge in medical terminology, drug development, and clinical research processes.
Utilize MS Office to create and maintain documents.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of medical documents.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical writers.
Stay up to date with regulatory and industry guidelines.
