Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager

Remote Full-time
Description
• As the Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager at Certus, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth across our diverse B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will guide a talented team of analysts, empowering them to uncover critical insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape our marketing trajectory.
• You will lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development. Your team will encompass specialists in B2B analytics, marketing performance analysis, and digital tagging, all working collaboratively to extract maximum value from our data assets.
• A core responsibility will be to oversee and refine our digital measurement infrastructure. This includes ensuring the highest standards for tagging implementation and data quality across our web and mobile properties, with a strong focus on GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, and robust event tracking. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining data integrity and ensuring that our analytics foundation is sound and reliable.
• You will be instrumental in guiding the design and development of sophisticated dashboards and reporting solutions. These tools will provide clear, concise visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign Return on Investment (ROI), funnel performance, and intricate customer behavior patterns, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Collaboration is key in this role. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the marketing organization and beyond, aligning analytics efforts with overarching strategic marketing priorities. Your insights will ensure that data-driven decision-making is embedded in every aspect of our campaigns, channel strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
• You will champion experimentation and optimization by partnering with marketing stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement. This involves developing clear hypotheses and supporting robust A/B testing strategies to validate performance enhancements and drive significant campaign efficiency gains.
• Establishing and maintaining rigorous measurement standards and comprehensive documentation will be a critical function. This ensures consistency in data collection, processing, and reporting across the entire marketing organization, fostering a unified and accurate understanding of our performance.
• This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a blend of strategic vision and technical acumen. You will not only guide your team but also contribute directly to refining measurement methodologies and strengthening our overall data utilization capabilities.
• Your work will directly impact the success of Certus by providing the insights needed to optimize marketing spend, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and ultimately drive revenue growth. You will be a trusted advisor, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with leadership and inspire action.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing analytics and a strong command of digital measurement tools. Proficiency with GA4 and GTM is essential, as is familiarity with at least one leading marketing intelligence reporting tool such as Domo, Looker, or Tableau, enabling you to build and present impactful insights.
• You will play a crucial role in defining and evolving our analytics roadmap, ensuring that Certus remains at the cutting edge of data-driven marketing practices. This includes staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
• By leading the charge in marketing analytics, you will empower Certus to better understand its customers, optimize its marketing investments, and achieve its ambitious growth objectives in the dynamic training and education solutions market.
• This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company that values innovation, collaboration, and a results-oriented culture. You will be part of a remote-first organization, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere while being an integral part of our success story.
