We work closely with our leaders, investors, and merchant partners to execute company strategy and build financial discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.The RoleThe corporate pricing leader will support critical business development by providing in-depth financial analysis on various strategic opportunities and their effect on Imprint. We’re looking for someone who is impact-driven driven who will help develop and evaluate various pricing models with experience in the credit card space. This candidate should also have experience working with varied stakeholders across functions and establishing trust-based relationships. You will be supported in your growth and development to take on as much responsibility as you can handle, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What You'll DoBuilding and analyzing financial models related to new deal negotiations and corporate development work on day 1 of role - the role requires expert ability to build and enhance financial models Leverage tools, input from prospective partners, and industry knowledge to form an independent opinion on potential deals or corporate development work Work closely with the business development team to build out and update ever-changing timelines for upcoming deals, proposals, and execution of de novo or conversions to balance workloadBe the bridge between the business development team, executive team and finance team to ensure the latest assumptions are built into the monthly forecasts that are providedHelp the organization understand the strategic and financial impact of a new deal or set of deals to Imprint portfolioDeliver insightful and self-serving reporting to the leadership team including the ability to deliver back-of-napkin analysis on day 1 of the roleFoster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the team and across the organization, promoting a deep understanding of financial performance driversWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related fieldDeep knowledge and experience with valuing financial instruments, financial modeling of credit card/payment products 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, pricing within the consumer lending or fintech industry is highly desiredDemonstrable experience with financial statements and understanding of relationships between balance sheets, income statement,t and cash flow statementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsProven collaborator, with the ability to accomplish cross-functional goals and help deliver results expected from a high-performing teamStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholdersProficiency in financial systems, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills.
