What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of analytics and consumer insights experts to deliver actionable insights for Roundel’s advertisers
- Develop and execute a testing and primary research agenda to enhance client relationships and drive revenue
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Go-To-Market teams to extract valuable insights for product and seasonal strategies
- Identify growth opportunities for the team, focusing on high-value projects and innovation in analytics
- Ensure effective communication and recognition of the team's contributions within Roundel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital media and/or consumer insights
- At least 2 years of experience in people leadership, with skills in coaching and team management
- Significant experience using various quantitative and qualitative insight tools, including Nielsen/Circana and A/B testing
- Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams focused on value creation
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal stakeholders and advertisers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data analysis using SQL or Python and data visualization tools
- Passion for innovation and a track record of challenging the status quo in analytics
