What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Be a commercial strategist for Roundels media business
- Identify and develop new strategies and partnerships to support growth objectives
- Lead key aspects of revenue operations, pricing, and media deals strategy
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within the client-facing organization
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support broader strategy development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales, or equivalent
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven project management skills with cross-functional initiative experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience in Management Consulting
- Track record of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights
