This role translates strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, optimizes systems and workflows, and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments, thrives on solving complex problems, and champions continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesStrategic Planning & ExecutionPartner with executive leadership to define, operationalize, and track strategic initiatives.Translate organizational goals into clear operational plans, timelines, and measurable KPIs.Operational ExcellenceIdentify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvements across departments.Drive business process reengineering and lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives.Implement scalable systems, workflows, and best practices to support organizational growth.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, Professional Services, and Product Engineering to align operations with business needs.Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and operational teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution.Data-Driven Decision MakingBuild dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.Analyze business trends and recommend actions to improve profitability, efficiency, and team performance.Team LeadershipManage, coach, and develop business analysts and operations specialists.Foster a culture centered on accountability, innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.8+ years of experience across business operations, corporate strategy, or management consulting.Experience working within SaaS environments (FinTech preferred).Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience operating in a scaling, high-growth, or technology-led organization.Strong project management capabilities.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Preferred DistinctionsExperience with Ironclad, NetSuite, and Salesforce; understanding of system interconnectivity.Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B or B2B2C environments.Background in automation, process design, or operational systems optimization.Experience leading crossâfunctional transformation initiatives.Statement to Third Party AgenciesTo ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
