Sr. Lead, Sales Enablement (Salesforce Admin)

We're looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Sales Cloud operations. This role focuses on driving innovation and efficiency to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities • Continuously improve and optimize Sales Cloud to support business requirements and maintain compliance with industry standards. • Develop and enhance sales forecasting capabilities across various channels using Salesforce Intelligence. • Serve as the main system administrator, managing configurations and permissions for Loan Sales users. • Implement new Salesforce features to enhance business objectives and operational productivity. • Ensure comprehensive documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements for all system changes. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or a related field with significant experience in Salesforce Administration. • Proven expertise in managing complex Salesforce environments with skills in custom app development. • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM301) certification is a must. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills • Background in the financial services sector is advantageous. • Experience with Salesforce integrations and API management, particularly using REST and SOAP protocols. • Knowledge of middleware platforms, such as MuleSoft, and experience with Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
