Senior AI/ML Engineer LEAD
Daley And Associates is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a growing technology company. This is a 100% remote opportunity. This Senior AI/ML Engineer will lead AI initiatives, develop scalable ML models, and build automation systems that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. You’ll integrate advanced AI tools like LLMs and NLP into products, collaborate across teams, and help shape AI best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy AI-driven automation systems
• Build and maintain ML models in production
• Integrate LLMs, NLP, and emerging AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure responsible AI governance
• Mentor junior engineers and promote code best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in AI/ML development
• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with modeling, forecasting, and automation solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus Skills:
• AWS SageMaker, MLflow, Kubeflow
• Apache Spark, Docker, Kubernetes
• SQL, data pipelines, vector databases
• Experience with inference APIs and transformer models
