POSITION SUMMARY: Own end-to-end execution of IT contract requests including new vendors, renewals, revisions, terminations, and compliance tracking Proactively manage contract lifecycles to ensure timely renewals, prevent auto-renewals, and avoid missed terminations Serve as primary point of accountability for VPs and senior leaders, providing executive-ready updates and managing priorities, timelines, and expectations Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Compliance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion Lead process improvements, workflow automation, and reporting/dashboard development to enhance contract operations and visibility DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in IT contract/vendor management, procurement, or project management within healthcare or technology environments Strong expertise in contract governance, compliance, and managing high-volume contract workflows with executive-level stakeholders Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as ServiceNow and reporting dashboards Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional resolution WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS: Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
