As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect computer systems, network devices, and data across the enterprise. Your expertise will help prevent data loss and service disruptions, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.
Your Impact: You will lead the way in Cyber Analytics Platform Operations, providing Level 1 and Level 2 systems administration for Linux and Windows servers, Kubernetes platform, and SyslogNG. Your technical expertise will be utilized to write and develop scripts and frameworks using popular languages like Python, shell, or Perl to automate regular operational work, integrate with monitoring tools, and monitor applications, systems, and ingestions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide systems administration and support for Linux and Windows servers, Kubernetes platform, and SyslogNG
Develop and implement scripts and frameworks to automate operational work and integrate with monitoring tools
Administer NAS storage systems, backup systems, and Cohesity
Work with Ansible and Ansible playbooks to automate system management and application work
Troubleshoot and tune OS-level parameters as per application requirements
Collaborate with vendors to replace hardware components and ensure system stability
Provide support for regular systems patching, change implementations, maintenance, and enhancements to production and development IT systems
Prepare knowledge base articles on implemented system changes, hardware troubleshoots, and root cause analysis
Proactively respond to problem alerts and work on resolving issues in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience with VMWare Hyper-Converged Infrastructure setup and maintenance
Experience with setting up and maintaining Kubernetes containers, hybrid cloud environments
Experience with Dell Isilon administration and Cohesity administration
Experience with SyslogNG administration and Windows systems administration
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in an onsite/offshore model

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, K8 Cloud Native, Ansible (completed within the last 3 years)
