Sr HR Operations Consultant

As the Senior HR Operations Consultant, you will serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with leaders and their teams to drive positive change and ensure seamless navigation through organizational growth and transformation. You?ll play a key role in enhancing employee experiences at the facility/local level, leveraging your HR expertise to implement impactful solutions. This role reports to the Director of HR Operations. Annual Salary Range: $76,835.20 - $113,339.20 Qualifications Education: ? Requires a bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. ? Master's degree preferred. Experience: ? Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources, Business, or related experience that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Certification/Licensure: ? Human Resources-related certification preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ? Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ? Adaptability and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving HR practices. ? Experience delivering programs and training to enhance workforce adaptability and development.
