In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of HR specialists, designing and implementing new strategies and policies, and providing influential and credible leadership to the HR team. You will also be expected to understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years of human resource generalist experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA in HRM
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Verified experience handling and leading personnel
Proficiency with HRIS systems
