Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will own Paid Social static and Email design. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in performance creative and demonstrates a command of translating data and insights into high-performing design work. They are organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn, and a strong, clear communicator. A portfolio of work is required for this role.Responsibilities:Designing static ads for Paid Social, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations.Designing performance and editorial Emails, and work with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel’s design system.Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to develop testing roadmaps for each channel.Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to support channel goals.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settingsDeep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid Social and Email channels – and a portfolio that demonstrates those skillsSolid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to designExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaA+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsHighly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low egoA bias towards action and agilityNice to Have:Experience designing for a brand that serves our demographic: parents of younger childrenExperience at a high-growth startup or agency environmentExperience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platformsBased in Minneapolis, Seattle, or Los AngelesBenefitsOur competitive compensation package includes:Competitive Salary + Equity Package401K matchingWellness, learning, and home-office budgetsHealth, Dental & Vision Medical PlansTremendous autonomy to set the direction of your workUnlimited PTOCompany holidays on the first Friday of every month (Excluding November, December, and January)Equal opportunity employerSkylight is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
