The Role

We're seeking a versatile senior full-stack developer who thrives on variety and can tackle unfamiliar technologies with confidence. You'll work across multiple platforms and client projects, delivering secure, performant, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements

· 12+ years of professional development experience

· Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Python

· Experience with templating languages including Twig and Shopify Liquid

· Comfortable with bash scripting and Git version control

· Security-first mindset in all development decisions

· Commitment to web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices

· Focus on performance optimization and clean, maintainable code

· Ownership mentality—you take responsibility for your work, fix your mistakes, and take pride in delivering quality

· Sound judgment when requirements are ambiguous; you ask smart questions and make defensible decisions

· Professional client communication skills when needed

· Proactive, consultative approach—you identify problems and propose solutions

· Collaborative spirit suited to a small, close-knit team

Technical Environment
