The Finance Business Partner will proactively monitor financial trends and key performance metrics, facilitating decision-making through value-added analysis. They contribute to the development of overall business strategies and support day-to-day operations, leveraging their financial expertise to drive impactful business insights. Accountabilities • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with senior leadership • Influence senior leadership through financial interpretation and explanation • Provide business trends and insightful analysis for informed decision-making • Support growth initiatives and strategic investments • Manage annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting processes • Create impactful presentations for senior management • Develop financial models for decision-making support • Ensure alignment with business growth expectations and budget commitments • Collaborate globally to drive consistency and best practices • Challenge conventional ideas in group and individual settings Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting • Prior experience with Hyperion and Oracle systems • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite applications • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Strong financial analysis and quantitative skills • Excellent written and presentation skills • Strong influencing and communication skills with all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities in a dynamic environment Benefits • Base salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 • Potential annual performance bonus and incentive compensation plans • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401K Matching Program • Tuition Reimbursement Why Apply Through Jobgether?
