We're seeking an exceptional Sr Enterprise Account Executive - Amazon Account to drive sales growth, foster executive relationships, and lead virtual teams to success. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and promote customer success. This remote role offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits, with a base pay range of $136,600 - $202,500, plus variable/incentive compensation.
About the Role:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO, to drive sales growth and customer success
Lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to achieve account goals and objectives
Conduct account planning, territory planning, and research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customers' strategic outcomes
Achieve financial targets, including licenses, renewals, and professional services, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to Amazon or similar accounts
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level executives and other stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel up to 50%
Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
