Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!The Role:The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive will drive company growth by acquiring relationships with hospitals and health systems. This role combines strategic partnership development with enterprise sales execution, requiring both technical acumen and healthcare industry expertise. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, complex deal negotiation and closing through both in-person and virtual meetings, while maintaining deep enthusiasm for healthcare technology innovation.Compensation: $270,000 - $290,000 OTE (base + commission at plan). Commission is uncapped with accelerators; earnings increase significantly when you exceed quota.The Impact You'll Make:Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting of hospitals and health systemsUtilize multiple prospecting channels including referrals, networking, social selling, and targeted outreach campaignsDrive the complete sales cycle for enterprise healthcare organizations, from strategic prospecting to closingNegotiate and structure major commercial agreements, including MSAs and multi-product dealsDevelop and execute strategic sales presentations using advanced tools including LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and DHCOptimize sales strategies to maximize economic outcomes and accelerate product adoptionProvide strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on products and solutions, leveraging industry expertiseMaintain detailed records of account communications and consistently achieve predetermined KPIsBuild and foster relationships with C-Suite executives across hospital systems and healthcare organizationsCollaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with product innovation and client needsWho You Are: 5+ years of successful experience in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems (of your 10+ years sales experience)Proven track record of building and maintaining a healthy pipeline within hospital and health system marketsDemonstrated success in cold prospecting and opening new logos within healthcare systemsStrong understanding of hospital/health system operations and technology needsProven experience selling staffing solutions to healthcare corporations and C-Suite executivesExperience negotiating and securing MSAs and strategic partnership agreementsAdvanced business acumen and strategic thinking capabilitiesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation and negotiation abilitiesWhat Sets You ApartExperience with healthcare staffing or workforce management technology platforms Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfoTrack record of innovative partnership developmentExperience in scaling technology adoption within healthcare organizationsEstablished network within hospital and health system marketAdditional Information: The role requires building relationships across internal teams and external stakeholdersMust maintain compliance with healthcare facility requirementsEmphasis on creative solution development and long-term partnership valueSuccess Metrics:Achievement of predetermined sales quotas and KPIsPipeline generation and management metricsNumber of new hospital/health system relationships establishedWhy Medely: Benefits & PerksCompetitive Compensation: Based on experience and performanceLong-term Incentives: 401kHealthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexibility: We believe that work/life balance is important, so we offer flexible and unlimited PTOPaid parental leavePurpose: Join a growing mission-oriented startup that is modernizing the healthcare industry nationally!Ownership: Drive meaningful business impact on a team you’ll help build and define!Remote: Work in a digital environment with all the tools to achieve your work as though you were in the office!We're an equal opportunity employer to all.
