Sr. Electrical Engineer - FULL TIME - REMOTE

Overview
We are hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and implement electrical systems for hyperscale data centers
ā¢ Develop electrical schematics, layouts, and installation documentation
ā¢ Ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, and industry standards
ā¢ Perform system analysis, load balancing, and capacity planning
ā¢ Support system testing, commissioning, and ongoing optimization
ā¢ Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor s in Electrical Engineering
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering (data centers preferred)
ā¢ PE or P.Eng required
ā¢ Strong experience with power distribution, backup systems, and critical infrastructure
ā¢ Familiarity with BIM tools (ACC preferred)
ā¢ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
$160K $190K
