Responsibilities & Skills: Key Responsibilities Identify, secure, and cultivate high-impact partnerships with leading companies specializing in physical AI technologies, such as advanced sensing, motion control, and edge intelligence. Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with partner organizations to align strategic objectives and foster long-term collaboration. Enable additional value to our customers through creating joint solutions with key partners, ensuring these collaborations address emerging market needs and deliver differentiated capabilities. Drive the creation of joint solutions by integrating Lattice technologies with partner offerings across the physical AI landscape, ensuring both technical and business synergy. Lead the development and execution of joint go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and channel activation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Lattice product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes. Monitor partnership performance, capture feedback, and optimize engagement models to maximize value for Lattice and its partners. Represent Lattice at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote ecosystem initiatives and expand business networks.
