About the position

The Sr. Data Expert - AML Analytics at PNC plays a crucial role in leading analytics processes across various functions to develop data-driven solutions for Anti-Money Laundering operations. This position focuses on optimizing analytical and operational solutions, ensuring compliance with data governance standards, and facilitating data-driven decision-making for investigative operations and executive management. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location within Pennsylvania or Virginia.

Responsibilities
• Lead the analytics processes across multiple functions or business units using complex analytical tools.

• Conceptualize, develop, and optimize analytical and operational solutions for investigative operations and executive management.

• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management.
,
• Oversee data assets to ensure compliance with data governance, data lineage, and data quality standards.

• Develop strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery.

Requirements
• Experience in Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Risk Rating (CRR).

• Proficiency in Data Quality Management and Analysis.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata databases.
,
• Strong communication skills to connect technical and business resources at all levels.

• Prior experience with Oracle Mantas is preferred.
