Kish Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team. The Data and Analytics Team at Kish Bank is expanding its expertise and technological capabilities to better support various business use cases. We are a driven and ambitious group, eager to explore new technologies and tackle complex business challenges.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data visualization. This role focuses on executing data-related tasks, preparing models, and supporting the Kish Business Intelligence Program by maintaining and analyzing data, ensuring data architecture accuracy, and providing actionable insights to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
? 4-6+ years of experience in a data analyst role or related position.
? Basic proficiency in Snowflake Data Cloud, Talend ETL, Power BI.
? Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and execute complex queries, create table/view definitions and create stored procedures.
? Proficiency using DAX language.
? Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field.
? Experience in the Banking Industry.
? Familiarity with data governance practices.
? Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
? Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps including Power Automate is a bonus.
