Sr. Consultant/Manager - GenAI - Banking

We are currently looking for a Sr. Consultant/Manager to join our team and contribute to transformative projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong understanding of banking risk and compliance to develop and validate predictive models and frameworks for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities- 1. Work in a consulting engagements focused on leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to solve complex business problems in banking risk and compliance. 2. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, analyze data and provide insights into potential performance impacts. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders, including risk management, financial planning, and credit policy teams to ensure the effective implementation of forecasting models. 4. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, highlighting model performance, findings, and actionable insights. • 5+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, risk management roles. • Demonstrated hands-on or solution design experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI copilots, multi-agent systems, etc.) • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, including Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel. • Experience with model validation and regulatory compliance related to credit risk, market risk, AML. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Hands on Experience in Data science aspects of Forecasting Models like feature engineering, model selection and model application.
