I. Job Summary
Performs a wide variety of intermediate-level credit and collection functions.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts.
Obtains required information from credit organizations, banks and loan associations.
Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files.
Mails follow-up letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Confers with customers by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, and reviews terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.
Receives and posts payments on customer accounts.
Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
Ensures proper sorting and filing of correspondence.

A. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
4 years of relevant work experience.

Pay:The expected base pay range for this on site position is $19 - $27 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
