We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Certinia Software Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA module, a strong understanding of business processes, and experience in software configuration. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions, optimizing workflows, and driving business transformation for our clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Design, configure, and implement Certinia (FinancialForce) solutions that align with client needs. Analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Lead workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements. Configure and customize Certinia applications, including PSA (Professional Services Automation), ERP, or Financial Management modules. Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Perform data migrations, integrations, and system testing to ensure seamless functionality. Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Stay updated on Certinia product updates and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar PSA systems. Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, professional services, and operations. Proven expertise in configuring Certinia PSA module required, Accounting, or ERP modules are a plus. Experience integrating Certinia with Salesforce and third-party applications. Proficiency in data migration and transformation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce certifications and/or Certinia certifications (e.g., FinancialForce Certified Professional) are a plus.
