What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, manage, and execute curricula updates along with learning system enhancements
- Gather functional requirements and develop analytics to support learning initiatives
- Design dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform business partners on learning execution
- Assist with training and customer service inquiries related to the Learning Management System
- Maintain knowledge of business unit processes and recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field of study
- Must be at least eighteen years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Cloud Platform and Big Query
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Working knowledge of HR processes
- Experience in project management
