Role: Sr. Business Analyst (Airline domain)

Work Location: Remote

Hire Type: 6+ Month Contract with possible extension

• Experience as a Business Analyst with Excellent interpersonal, Communication and Analytical skills coupled with the ability to quickly embrace and understand new technologies.

• Strong experience in documenting existing process, analyzing business requirements, working with Requirements Management Plan (RMP), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Software Requirements Specification (SRS), Request for Proposal (RFP), re-engineering business processes and designing.

• Experience in Gathering Requirements from stakeholders by requirement elicitation techniques such as one on one interviews, Questionnaires, Surveys, Observation, JAD, and Analyzing Reports.

Collaboration with the Product Owner in writing User stories, updating and grooming the product backlog.
