Sr. Budget Analyst

Job Responsibilities • Provides comprehensive budget execution support, financial, accounting, and arenaflex data reporting for ATC&LS Division technical projects and programs. • Conducts detailed quantitative analysis of financial data and offers strategic recommendations to project managers to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with project goals. • Develops budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures and regulations while analyzing budgeting and accounting reports to identify trends and potential issues. • Utilizes Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) to perform financial execution functions and support data calls as needed. • Mentors junior analysts and conduct training as necessary to enhance their understanding and application of analytical techniques and methodologies. Qualifications • Master’s Degree in Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline of qualifying substitution with 10 years or experience (or Bachelor’s Degree 14 years of experience) at least 3 years of the most recent 5 years of experience must have been directly supporting tasking in N-ERP. • Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining a security clearance.
