This position will lead day-to-day engagement with the analyst community across the Americas, translating influencer strategy into disciplined execution. This role is accountable for managing analyst interactions that strengthen Sutherland’s market visibility, support commercial positioning, and provide actionable insight to Sales, Vertical, and leadership teams. Additionally, the Sr. Associate Manager, Influencer Relations will ensure Sutherland is consistently visible, credible, and well-positioned within the analyst ecosystem through structured engagement, strong internal alignment, and rigorous execution.WHAT THIS ROLE IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR:1. Analyst Relationship ManagementBuild and manage day-to-day relationships with industry analysts across priority firms.Execute structured engagement plans aligned to business and go-to-market priorities.Ensure consistent visibility and presence across key analyst networks.2. Internal Alignment & Execution DisciplineAct as the primary coordinator between external influencers and internal stakeholders.Plan and deliver analyst briefings, inquiries, and feedback sessions aligned to commercial priorities.Ensure consistent execution of engagement plans across Sales, Marketing, and Vertical teams.3. Deal Support & Commercial EnablementSupport positioning in advisor- and analyst-influenced opportunities.Contribute to deal narratives and provide external validation through analyst insight.Coordinate and support targeted sessions that strengthen positioning in priority deals.4. Market Engagement & Event ExecutionSupport delivery of bespoke market engagements, analyst interactions, and industry events.Program manage roundtables, briefings, and speaking opportunities aligned to priority accounts and offerings.Ensure high-quality execution and follow-through on all external engagements.5.
