Responsibilities
• Build, segment, target, track, test, and deploy personalized campaigns using a large Email Service Provider (ESP)
• Manage your workload autonomously to meet deadlines and quality expectations while thriving in a close-knit, collaborative team environment
• Support the creative improvement of design, process, and technical challenges related to email and mobile projects
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with outside vendors, internal stakeholders, and other departments to ensure open communication and alignment of goals
• Execute organizational directives in alignment with the company's mission, goals, and objectives while demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work effectively within a group dynamic
• Apply strong problem prevention, solving, and resolution skills from both analytical and conceptual perspectives
• Collaborate respectfully and communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences across all levels of the organization
• Coordinate and manage projects with a high level of attention to detail and analytical rigor

Skills
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and email coding best practices
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing strategies and execution

Experience
• 5+ years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated experience building, segmenting, and deploying personalized email campaigns using an ESP platform
• Proven experience working with email editing and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar tools
• Experience developing and managing relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Background in executing marketing campaigns with measurable results in customer engagement and loyalty
