We are trying to source Sr. Senior AI Solution Architect for our direct client for a Cont to Hire Remote Position. We need Sr. AI Solution Architect with strong background in Microsoft Copilot & Salesforce Agentforce development experience. Candidate must have strong Health Payer Experience. Job Summary The Senior AI Solution Architect proactively and holistically leads and supports enterprise architecture (EA) activities related to artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation. This role is responsible for translating prioritized business problems into practical, scalable AI‑ and automation‑enabled solutions, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on proof‑of‑concept (POC) development. This role understands business goals, value streams, capabilities, and operational workflows and applies that understanding to the design of AI, agent‑based, and automation solutions across healthcare payer operations. The Senior AI Solution Architect bridges business needs and technology solutions by designing and building working prototypes such as intelligent agents, copilots, and automated workflows using platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, and RPA tools such as UiPath. The role produces both architectural artifacts and executable POCs that guide the organization’s portfolio of “as‑is” and “to‑be” AI and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, Responsible AI practices, data governance, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA. The role works closely with Agile teams and may serve as a technical lead for AI and automation initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interpret Business Needs • Partners with business leaders, product owners, and subject‑matter experts to identify, frame, and prioritize AI and automation use cases aligned to measurable business outcomes. • Translates business workflows, manual processes, and decision points into AI‑ and automation‑enabled solution designs and POCs. • Clearly communicates AI and automation concepts, value, limitations, and risks to non‑technical stakeholders. Assess Technology • Evaluates AI platforms, automation tools, and RPA technologies to determine suitability for targeted use cases. • Analyzes current business and IT environments to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation, workflow optimization, and orchestration. • Assesses data readiness, system integration dependencies, security, and compliance considerations for AI and automation solutions. • Supports decision‑making related to scaling, refactoring, or retiring AI and automation solutions following POC outcomes. Apply Technology • Designs and develops hands‑on proofs of concept for AI and automation use cases, including: • Intelligent agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath or equivalent platforms • Leads solution architecture and technical design for: • Conversational AI and agent workflows • AI‑assisted decision support • Automated business processes and task orchestration • Intelligent document processing combined with RPA • Creates architecture artifacts to guide AI and automation delivery, including: • AI and automation solution blueprints • End‑to‑end process automation flows • Data and integration diagrams • Security, privacy, and compliance controls • Defines AI and automation design principles, standards, and reusable patterns aligned with enterprise future‑state architecture. • Collaborates with application, integration, data, cloud, and RPA teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. • Provides consulting support and architectural guidance to Agile teams, identifying risks, dependencies, and technical debt. • Participates in architecture governance and ensures AI and automation solutions comply with HIPAA, data privacy, and enterprise security standards. Required Qualifications · 8+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 4 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles. · Demonstrated hands‑on experience developing AI and automation solutions, including proofs of concept. · Direct experience building intelligent agents or copilots using: o Microsoft Copilot Studio o Salesforce Agentforce · Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as: o UiPath (required) o Designing, building, and orchestrating automated workflows · Strong understanding of AI and automation solution patterns, including: o Agent‑based workflows o AI‑assisted automation o Human‑in‑the‑loop designs · Experience integrating AI and RPA solutions with enterprise systems and data sources using APIs and middleware. · Understanding of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA). · Experience working within Agile / Scrum teams and delivery models. · Strong domain knowledge of healthcare payer operations (e.g., claims, enrollment, provider, care management, prior authorization). Preferred Qualifications · Experience with additional AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services). · Experience combining RPA with AI for intelligent automation scenarios. · Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and model lifecycle management. · Experience supporting an Automation or AI Center of Excellence (CoE). · Experience with Healthcare Payer Core Administrative Processing System (CAPS) like Facets · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Skills · Strong analytical and architectural design skills with a hands‑on mindset. · Ability to progress from use‑case ideation → POC → scalable solution. · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. · Ability to explain AI and automation concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. · Skilled at influencing and guiding cross‑functional teams. · Balanced focus on rapid experimentation and long‑term architectural sustainability. · Ability to quickly learn and apply emerging AI and automation technologies. Education, Certification and Licenses · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. · Certifications in AI, automation, RPA, or cloud platforms are a plus but not required.
