Sr. AI Software Developer
Sr. AI Software Developer 10 Month Contract (Potential to extend) Remote $64-68/hr W2 For this role, as Senior Developer on a team in CRM (on the Planview Program), you'll work in a fast-paced environment where you'll have a key role in delivering products to our internal customers. These contractors will use programming, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills on implementation of the Planview Connected Solution. Additionally, you'll mentor other developers within the organization and demonstrate leadership within your area. Required Skills: • Experience with AI programming • Familiarity with at least one computer programming language – Python and/or Javascript. • Experience with basic REST is a must-have • Familiarity with working with remote APIs, leveraging AzureOpenAI APIs and/or our internal Sega API • Able to demonstrate RAG or Agents (i.e. LLM with tools or RAG Chatbot). Preferred Skills: • Some experience with Planview Portfolios and portfolio management would be helpful • The GenAI adjacent skills such as evals, Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Addressing new problems specific to GenAI programming that don't exist when doing traditional, deterministic programming • Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: – Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications. – {OR} The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications. – {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
