Sr AI Product Manager with a strong background in Product Led Growth (PLG) Full Remote of hybrid 2x a week in San Mateo, CA (your choice) 200k-300k base + equity Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our innovative products. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time. • Utilize product-led growth strategies to increase user engagement and drive revenue. • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. • Track product performance metrics and iterate on features based on data-driven insights. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles. • Strong background in PLG (Product Led Growth) • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in product development. • Experience with data tools such as DBT, Fivetran, Hex, Sigma, and Monte Carlo. • Familiarity with coding platforms like Cursor and Replit is a plus. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
