JD :
ā¢ Design and build Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including multistep agents that orchestrate migration workflows, status checks, and remediation actions, under Microsoftdefined architectures.
ā¢ Implement automation for customer and internal email responses by integrating Copilot Studio agents with Outlook, shared mailboxes, Power Automate, and backend systems to generate contextual, humanreviewed responses.
ā¢ Develop and maintain Python and PowerShellbased automation executed on Azure VMs to support migration and operational tasks, including longrunning or privileged activities not suited for serverless execution.
ā¢ Build agentdriven automation for migration scenarios such as prechecks, failure triage, retry logic, telemetry analysis, and incident creation.
ā¢ Integrate automation with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Kusto) to enable endtoend automation and observability.
ā¢ Collaborate with Microsoft Program Managers, Architects, and Operations teams to identify defined manual processes and deliver scoped, reliable automation solutions.
ā¢ Document delivered solutions and support production readiness, including logging, security considerations, and operational handoff to Microsoft teams.
Required / Minimum Qualifications
ā¢ 4+ years of handson software engineering experience delivering production automation or tooling.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in Python and PowerShell for automation, orchestration, and systemlevel tasks.
ā¢ Handson experience building automation or agentbased systems, such as AI agents, bots, workflow engines, or orchestration services.
ā¢ Handson experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, or Power Automate.
ā¢ Experience deploying and running workloads on Azure VMs, including handling credentials, certificates, logging, and failure recovery.
ā¢ Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, managed identity), and servicetoservice integration.
ā¢ Strong problemsolving and debugging skills in distributed or operational systems.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively within defined scopes and priorities in fastmoving environments.
