Job Title: Sr. Agile Coach Job ID: 84451 Location: Regina, Saskatchewan Overview Our client is looking to engage Agile coaches for a 1-year contract engagement. Ideally you would have experience in coaching scrum masters and product owners at an enterprise level. If you have previous government or financial organization experience this would be a great match for your experience. What you will be doing • Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy. • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams. • Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs. • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events. • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change. • Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics. • Deliver training and certification programs to build Agile capability across the organization. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration. What you must have • 6–8 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and transformation. • Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks. • Ability to influence change, resolve complex impediments, and drive strategic alignment. • Experience with Agile metrics, transformation roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration. • Deep expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and product-centric delivery models. • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
