Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to drive business growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency.
Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Design and conduct experiments to validate new processes and technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead projects to streamline processes and optimize production.
Mentor and train junior engineers and manufacturing team members on new processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to identify and source new technologies and equipment.
