 *Position Overview: Senior Accountant**
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial procedures, records, and statements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Your responsibilities may include taking on a leadership role, guiding accounting personnel in daily tasks, reviewing financial data for forecasting decisions, and communicating with company executives about financial strategies. Proficiency in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and familiarity with accounting software (Service Titan and Intact-Sage) is essential. We are seeking a dynamic team leader who is vigorous, sharp, and motivated to empower their team.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience (Preferred)
 CPA, CFA, or Masters degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities
 Manage various areas of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process
 Reconcile Fixed Assets, A/R, and A/P to the GL
 Oversee and have extensive knowledge of each accounting team's roles
 Familiarity with external auditors, training staff processes to match audit requirements
 Implement accounting processes and streamline existing work processes
 Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
