We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Accountant. In this role, you will manage financial accounting processes, oversee monthly and year-end reports, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also support budgeting, accounts receivable/payable, and maintain internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare monthly financial statements and support documentation.
ā¢ Lead annual budget preparation and perform budget-to-actual variance analysis.
ā¢ Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
ā¢ Supervise accounting operations including journal entries and fixed asset schedules.
ā¢ Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
ā¢ Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles.
ā¢ Manage audit schedules and support external audits.
ā¢ Enforce internal controls to protect assets.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
ā¢ Proven experience as a Sr. Accountant or similar role.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
ā¢ Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
ā¢ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
ā¢ Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
ā¢ Must pass a nationwide background check and drug screen.
