Job: Senior Accountant

Location: Remote/Pittsburgh

Salary Range:90,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant, with experience in Oracle/Oracle fusion, to join our finance team. A successful Senior Accountant will have excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to prepare, analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Job Description include but not limited to:
• Verify, post and allocate Accounts Payable/Receivable transactions in the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
• Reconcile account balances and bank statements
• Maintain and update general ledger per IFRS guidelines
• Responsible for month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare various management, HQ reporting reports
• Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all accounting tasks
• Analyze financial data and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
• Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Assist with tax audit and tax returns
• Develop and document business and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with IFRS principles
• Other accounting duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements and Skills:
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge and hands on experience with Oracle/Oracle Fusion is highly advantageous
• 4-6 years work experience as an Accountant/Senior Accountant
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, accounting statements and month-end/year-end close process
• Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process
• Advanced MS excel skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in SaaS industry is preferred but not required
