Squarespace Website Build with AppFolio API Integration for Apartment Community

We need an experienced Squarespace developer to build a leasing website for a 62-unit apartment community in Medford, Oregon. All branding, design, copy, images, and basic HTML are already completed - you'll be implementing our existing assets into Squarespace and integrating a read-only API connection to our property management system.

All website copy written and approved

Professional photography and images ready

Basic HTML structure drafted

What We Need You To Do:

Build the website in Squarespace following our provided design

Implement custom code blocks where needed for our specific layout

Integrate AppFolio's read-only API to dynamically fetch and display:

Available units

Current rental prices

Unit specifications (bed/bath, square footage)

Availability status

Floorplan images from an AppFolio database or Stack Marketplace partner App

Ensure the unit data updates automatically from AppFolio

Make the site mobile-responsive

Document your code for future maintenance

Required Skills:

Proven Squarespace development experience (please share portfolio examples)

JavaScript proficiency

RESTful API integration experience

Ability to work with existing design specifications

Nice to Have:

Previous property management software API experience

AppFolio API familiarity

Timeline: 2-3 weeks preferred
