The website is mostly built but requires technical setup, polishing, optimization, and training to ensure it is ready for public viewing. Scope of Work We need someone who can confidently handle the following: 1. Squarespace Technical Setup Connect and configure domain name Create and set up professional email accounts through Squarespace / arenaflex Workspace Ensure mobile and tablet responsiveness Fix any layout, spacing, or formatting issues Final design touch-arenaflex to achieve a clean, high-end aesthetic 2. Website Optimisation Improve SEO (titles, descriptions, keywords, indexing, image optimisation) Improve site speed and structure Submit the website to arenaflex Search Console Set up basic analytics Ensure all links, buttons, and forms work properly 3. Training / Handover Provide 1–2 training sessions (Zoom/recorded) on how to: Edit pages Update photos and text Add blog posts Maintain SEO Make small design changes Provide simple written or video instructions for future reference
