Squarespace Developer for Telehealth Intake & Automation (Tellescope)
Squarespace + Tellescope Integration for Telehealth Website Overview We’re a premium telehealth and wellness brand looking for an experienced Squarespace developer to connect our product pages to Tellescope for patient intake, routing, and automation. This project is NOT ecommerce. Payments are handled downstream by our clinical partner (merchant of record). The website’s role is to educate users and route them into the correct medical intake flow. Scope of Work 1. Product Pages (6 total) Ensure each program page is properly structured and routed: GLP-1 Programs Microdosing TRT / Hormone Optimization Longevity & Peptides Sexual Health Hair Loss Each page will include a CTA like “Start Medical Assessment” or “Check Eligibility.” 2. CTA → Tellescope Intake Integration (Core Requirement) For each product page: Route users to the correct Tellescope intake form (unique per program) Intake can be linked or embedded Pass metadata via query parameters or hidden fields: Program name Landing page URL UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) ⚠️ No Stripe, no checkout, no ecommerce. 3. Intake Tagging & Automation Support Ensure patients are auto-tagged by program inside Tellescope Set up or support triggers so downstream automations fire correctly Prevent duplicate or “split” patient records 4. Post-Intake Confirmation Page Create a simple confirmation page that: Confirms intake submission Explains next steps and timing Provides support contact info 5. Compliance & Footer Pages Ensure footer links are properly implemented site-wide: Privacy Policy Terms of Service Telehealth Consent Notice of Privacy Practices (if applicable) Refund / Cancellation Policy Medical disclaimers 6. Analytics & Tracking Install Google Analytics (GA4) Ensure CTA clicks and intake submissions are trackable Preserve UTM data through intake handoff What We Are NOT Looking For Please do not apply if your approach includes: Stripe or Squarespace Commerce Shopping carts or “Buy Now” flows Selling medications directly on the website Payments are handled entirely off-site by our partner.
