Job Summary:
Supervises a team of virtual behavioral Health Coaches across the organization by providing operational and clinical oversight.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides supervisory, operational and clinical oversight to a team of behavioral health coaches.
Responsible for group and individual training for new hire onboarding, professional development on coaching and motivational interviewing, and other skills needed for successful coaching.
Reviews recorded calls and patient charts to ensure quality coaching and documentation. Follows up on opportunities for improvement.
Partners with leadership and team members to identify areas of improvement, develops change plans and implements plans.
Maintains and updates workflows and training materials.
Assumes manager and/or director tasks in the absence of the manager or director.
Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Master's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
EXPERIENCE
Two years’ experience in a Health, Wellness or Lifestyle Coaching
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
Occasional driving.
Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.
