Job Description:
Ā Arrange accommodations for live sporting events be it for local teams or professional
Ā Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips
Ā Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events and gatherings
Ā Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of ongoing and potential clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ā Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans
Ā Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc
Ā Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, event tickets
Ā Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips
Ā Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of sports event
Requirements:
Ā Computer or smart phone required
Ā Must be 18+ and coachable
Ā Work with minimal supervision
Ā Decision making and problem-solving abilities
