Sports Scout Director

NHR Prospects Inc, National High School Recruiting company is seeking a Scout Director to join our fast-growing team. We help athletes all over the nation with the recruiting process and give them exposure to college schools. There are 7.8 million High School Athletes Nationwide who compete at the High School Level and colleges need help identifying talent for their specific athletic needs. This is a rare opportunity to become a vital part of a successful team of Scouts. There are only 2 big players in this industry and with your help NHR Prospects. Inc will become the 3rd. Responsibilities • Scout and maintain a healthy portfolio of prospects regionally while maintaining a great relationship with coaches and parents. • Develop and implement program strategies while supervising staff and volunteers. • Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program outreach. • Manage documents and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with administrative requirements. • Recruit athletes at sporting events, managing time effectively to sign prospects up. • Host combines, and camps in your region, network with coaches and administrators in the community for venues, promote and market combines. Qualifications • Entreprenurial Mindset, must be a former college athlete, or college coach. • Strong management and program development skills. • Experience working with coaches, parents and administrators. • Proficient in relationship management. • Demonstrated sales presentation experience • 5 years or more as a coach or college athlete • Experience hosting camps, and skills development programs for athletes • Knowledge of budgeting and behavioral health practices NHR Prospects Inc. is looking for the right candidate. Somone who is willing to grow with the company. We are newly acquired but we have years of experience in this business. We are growing nationally, and we need great people to help with this movement. We will be growing tremendously in the next few months and we are needing Directors to help with the influx of athletes.
