What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide evaluation, instruction, and implementation of speed development and conditioning for student-athletes
- Instruct and monitor weight-room activity to support student-athlete progress
- Manage documentation of student-athlete performance metrics and set improvement goals
- Assist with training methods for injured or rehabilitating student-athletes
- Oversee the strength, speed, and conditioning program design and scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of strength and conditioning experience, preferably at NCAA Division I level
- Technical qualifications or specialized certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S)
- Experience with Olympic-style movements and working with female athletes
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of NCAA regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications such as Speed, Agility, & Conditioning (S.A.C.) or National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.)
- Ability to work confidently in crisis situations with knowledge of safety practices
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication within a diverse community
