We are seeking an organized and proactive Remote Sports Events Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of sports-related events and campaigns. You will communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate and manage logistics for sports events and campaigns
ā¢ Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
ā¢ Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
ā¢ Track event progress and report on outcomes
ā¢ Support marketing and promotional activities related to sports events
ā¢ Plan and coordinate customized sports event getaways
ā¢ Book flights, accommodation, transportation, and event tickets
ā¢ Tailor experiences to meet each client's preferences and budget
ā¢ Stay informed on industry updates, destination options, and scheduling changes
ā¢ Communicate professionally with clients before and after their trips
ā¢ Participate in training and webinars to stay certified and up to date
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and handle changes or issues as needed
Requirements
ā¢ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
ā¢ Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
ā¢ Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
