Sponsorship Closer
Description:
4.13 Glory is a Christian event - We're seeking a high-performing Sponsorship Closer to secure brand partnerships for a multi-state women’s faith + mental health conference tour (NYC, NC, GA).
This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for someone confident in outreach, pitching, and closing deals with aligned brands.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and outreach to aligned sponsors (Christian organizations, wellness brands, therapy platforms, beauty/self-care brands)
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities for a 3-city conference tour
• Build and manage sponsor pipeline
• Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
• Collaborate on sponsorship deck and offer positioning
• Maintain professional communication with all partners
Compensation:
• Commission-based (10–20% per deal closed)
• High earning potential based on performance
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong sales or partnership background
• Confident communicator (email + virtual pitching)
• Self-starter who does not require micromanagement
• Experience securing brand deals, sponsorships, or partnerships preferred
• Aligned with faith-based and wellness spaces
Goal:
Secure $20K–$50K+ in sponsorship per city
