Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions. Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
