Speech Teletherapy - IL
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within an educational setting. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy interventions to students, supporting their communication development through virtual platforms.
Responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via telespeech methods
ā¢ Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
ā¢ Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions remotely
ā¢ Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to monitor student progress
ā¢ Maintaining detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
The ideal candidate will possess:
ā¢ Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Illinois or eligibility to obtain one
ā¢ Experience providing speech therapy services remotely, with a strong understanding of telespeech techniques
ā¢ Familiarity with educational speech-language pathology practices and IDEA guidelines
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills
ā¢ Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit virtual platforms and diverse student needs
This role is based in Cicero, IL, offering the flexibility of telespeech service delivery while supporting student growth in a school environment. The contract nature allows professionals to contribute targeted expertise within a defined timeframe.
