Speech Language Pathologist, SLP

InHome Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. You’ll provide one-on-one care to geriatric patients in their homes in and around Fort Worth, helping them improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home speech therapy services
Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop treatment goals
Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic programs for adult and geriatric patients
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation

Requirements:

Active CCC SLP license + BLS CPR
